Bella Santomiele is a refined creation that showcases Dottato Santomiele figs , from a precious cultivar grown in the hills. They are naturally dried in the sun and wind of Italian summers, without sulfur dioxide, to preserve their aromatic purity. On the palate, they evoke the delicate scents of the countryside in bloom, with a naturally elegant sweetness.
This selection is accompanied by Il Signorino , a hazelnut brittle made without added sugar, using precious black fig molasses . Its texture is crumbly, fine, and delicate, offering a subtle contrast to the meltingly soft flesh of the figs. The entire product is the result of entirely artisanal work, precise and respectful of the raw materials.
