Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Champagne
Made with love in ♥
The Daniel Dumont Grand Cru 100% Pinot Noir Mailly Champagne is an extra-brut Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards in Mailly-Champagne, one of the most renowned terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.
On tasting, it stands out with its deep color and pronounced vinous expression. The nose reveals a beautiful intensity, with notes of ripe fruit and a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, the attack is ample and structured, supported by a generous body, a lovely roundness, and a long, elegant finish. Aging in large oak casks adds depth and complexity without ever masking the varietal character.
Dosed at only 3 g/l ( extra-brut ) and benefiting from aging of 3 to 4 years, this champagne fits into a gastronomic style, equally at ease as an aperitif as an accompaniment to seafood, noble fish or characterful dishes.
Daniel Dumont is an independent winemaker based in Rilly-la-Montagne, committed to High Environmental Value certified viticulture. His meticulous work, from vine to bottle, showcases the great wines of the Montagne de Reims through precise and terroir-respecting winemaking, faithful to the authentic expression of Pinot Noir from Champagne.
