Champagne Grande Réserve
Made with love in ♥
The Grande Réserve Brut embodies the balance and generosity of a historic cuvée, built around the rule of three: three terroirs, three grape varieties, and three years of blending. Visually, it displays a pale gold color, enlivened by a dynamic effervescence and an abundant, fine, and creamy mousse.
The nose is open and expressive, blending aromas of peach, apricot, and dried fruit with buttery and brioche notes. With aeration, more complex nuances of fresh bread, frangipane, and ripe yellow fruit emerge, followed by more exotic touches of roasted pineapple, passion fruit, and citrus.
On the palate, the attack is ample and fresh. The texture is supple and melting, giving way to a dominant fruity and buttery character. The build-up reveals notes of hazelnut, almond, candied fruit, and nougat, before a long, harmonious finish marked by a beautiful density, subtle salinity, and delicate bitterness reminiscent of candied grapefruit.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and reserve Pinot Meunier , this cuvée is dosed at 8 g/l from a homemade liqueur made with cane sugar, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, poultry, or even with a low-sugar dessert such as a citrus tart.
