This recipe stands out thanks to its deliberately short ingredient list (potatoes, oil, salt – very little salt!), with no additives or preservatives, guaranteeing a pure and authentic taste. The precise cooking process reveals golden notes and a rich texture, a far cry from mass-produced chips.
Made in Drôme, France, this chip can be stored at room temperature and offers a shelf life of between 3 and 6 months, without compromising on quality.
