Dievole's Chianti Classico DOP extra virgin olive oil is an authentic and elegant expression of the Tuscan terroir. Made from a blend of Moraiolo , Leccino , and Frantoio , three emblematic cultivars of the region, it accurately reflects the identity of Chianti Classico.

Visually, the color is a deep green. The nose reveals clean aromas of freshly cut grass , artichoke , and almond , enriched by a subtle balsamic touch from the Leccino. On the palate, the balance is harmonious, with a medium bitterness and a persistent, bold yet perfectly controlled spicy note. The Frantoio contributes its characteristic almond sensations, while the Moraiolo structures the whole with its vibrancy.

Production relies on a low-oxidation process designed to preserve the freshness of the freshly harvested olives. After extraction, the oil is filtered and then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, protected from light. Bottling takes place under an inert atmosphere, in bottles that effectively protect against UV rays, to guarantee stability and long-lasting aroma.

Versatile and gastronomic, this oil beautifully complements Chianina beef carpaccio with porcini mushrooms, green vegetable salads, lentil soups, artichoke dishes, baked oily fish, red meats, game, or even mature cheeses.
