Toscano IGP extra virgin olive oil is a bright and distinctive expression of Tuscany, made from a blend of Leccino , Moraiolo , Frantoio , and Maurino olives . The latter contributes a fresh, vegetal aromatic signature, with distinct notes of green apple and tomato leaf , which harmoniously complement the classic Tuscan profile.

Visually, the color is a bright green. The nose reveals aromas of ripe olive , green apple , and tomato leaf . On the palate, the oil is lively and pleasant, with a pronounced peppery finish and medium bitterness , offering a dynamic and persistent balance. The Protected Geographical Indication guarantees the product's excellence and the complete traceability of each bottle.

Production relies on a low-oxidation process to preserve the freshness of the freshly harvested olives. After extraction, the oil is filtered and then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, protected from light. Bottling takes place under an inert atmosphere, in bottles offering high UV protection to preserve its aromatic qualities over time.

Ideal for everyday use as well as in gourmet cooking, this oil perfectly complements vegetable bruschetta, spelt salads, marinated or grilled fish, legume soups, artichoke risotto, salmon tartare, as well as goat cheeses and medium-aged hard cheeses.
