Premier Cru Rosé Champagne
Made with love in ♥
The Brut Rosé 1er Cru captivates with its deep orange-pink color and fine bubbles. The nose, clean and elegant, reveals a beautiful aromatic intensity driven by aromas of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a delicate note of fresh wood.
On the palate, the attack is clean and ample. The balance between freshness and richness is naturally achieved, allowing fresh and then candied red fruits to express themselves, enhanced by subtle spicy nuances. The finish is luscious, persistent, and remarkably long.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier , this rosé is based on three vintages: 2015, 2014 and 2013. It benefits from a minimum of two years of aging in the cellar, a dosage of 9 g/l and an alcohol content of 12.2%. It offers a style that is precise, expressive and approachable.
This champagne is particularly enjoyable as an aperitif or alongside a fruit dessert, where it reveals all its freshness and deliciousness.
