Il Signorino is a handcrafted crunchy bar, inspired by Mediterranean tradition, made without added sugar. It is prepared from fresh citrus peels and fig molasses , simple and essential ingredients of the Mediterranean diet.

Depending on the version chosen, Il Signorino comes in two recipes:

The hazelnut version “Tonda di Giffoni” , with its delicate crunch and round, persistent aroma
The almond version from Puglia , drier and more elegant, highlights the purity of the dried fruit.

Each tablet offers an authentic and balanced experience, where the natural sweetness of the fig replaces sugar, allowing the character of the dried fruits and citrus to fully express itself.
